Every project kicks off with a strategy call a week before the design start date. Once we’re in motion, I’ll check in at key points to get your feedback because this is a collaboration and your voice matters.
You’ll receive your project proposal, contract, and invoice in an email. Once everything is approved, signed, and paid, you’ll get access to your client portal where you’ll find everything you need to prep for your website build.
After reviewing your inquiry form and deciding we’re a match you’ll receive an email invite to book your discovery call. This is where we go over all the details of your website and available start dates.
